The East Tower of the Science and Technology Building was renovated to add modern labs, classrooms and offices supporting Chemistry, Biology and Nursing.

Russell House Garnet Station

Russell House Garnet Station

A 10,000-square-foot renovation created a modern all-you-care-to-enjoy dining facility to support campus life and enrollment growth.

Rooms 2A27 and 2A31 were renovated with updated finishes, new furnishings and modern audiovisual technology to enhance instruction.

Sixteen classrooms were refreshed with new paint and upgraded audiovisual systems to enhance the instructional environment.

Rooms 302–308 were renovated into two modern Physics labs with a shared prep room.

Branded USC letter monuments were installed at Russell House, the Close-Hipp Building and the College of Liberal Arts to enhance campus identity and wayfinding.

Complete roof replacement with new slate to improve durability and preserve architectural character.

Front entry upgraded with an expanded glass storefront to increase visibility and natural light.
