Background

Yu Nu joins the Darla Moore School of Business as an assistant professor of Management Science. She received her Ph.D. in Operations, Technology, and Information Management from Cornell University. Her research focuses on sustainability, human-artificial intelligence interaction and digital technologies. She studies food waste reduction in commercial kitchens and develops AI-driven solutions to support decisionmaking in human-centric perishable inventory systems.
