Manage your student account with ease through Self Service Carolina (SSC). Staying on top of your finances is a three-step process designed to keep your focus on your studies, not your paperwork.
Check Your Balance
Log in to my.sc.edu and navigate to the Account Information tab. From there, you can view your real-time statement, including tuition, fees, and any housing or parking charges. We recommend checking this regularly to catch any new activity.
Accept Your Awards
Don't leave money on the table! Head to the Financial Aid section in SSC to review your aid package. While grants and many scholarships are often applied automatically, you must manually accept, reduce, or decline loans and specific state awards.
Note: Be sure to check the "Terms and Conditions" tab to sign any required certifications or affidavits to finalize your funding.
Secure a Payment Plan
If you have a remaining balance after your financial aid is applied, you can avoid a large lump-sum payment by enrolling in a Payment Plan via the Payment Gateway.
-
Options: Choose from various installment plans (e.g., 4-payment or 5-payment options).
-
Setup: Click "Enroll in Payment Plan" under the Balance information. A non-refundable setup fee applies, and a down payment is required at the time of enrollment.
- When your final high school grades are posted, be sure to submit your official transcripts to our admissions office at SalkADMS@mailbox.sc.edu.
- Submit your college transcript, if applicable (transfer and dual enrollment students)
- Official transcripts can also be mailed to:
USC Salkehatchie, P.O. Box 617, Allendale, SC 29810 - If you would like to confirm if these have been received, call 803-812-7475.
