Through thoughtful planning and creative execution, we connect your goals with your audience to turn ideas into results.

We collaborate with departments to:

  • Develop strategic marketing plans that align with divisional priorities
  • Identify target audiences and the most effective ways to reach them
  • Plan integrated campaigns that combine print, digital and social media
  • Create cohesive messaging that strengthens the USC brand
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to guide future efforts

Strategy meetings are especially helpful for major divisional initiatives such as:

  • Annual giving campaigns
  • Awards and recognition events
  • Division-wide campaigns and milestones
  • Community engagement and recruitment efforts

During a strategy meeting, we’ll explore:

  • Project goals and objectives – What success looks like and how we’ll measure it
  • Target audiences – Who you want to reach and how to best engage them
  • Key messages and storytelling themes – What makes your initiative meaningful
  • Brand alignment – How your project fits within the division’s voice and the USC brand
  • Creative approach – Visual direction, tone, and content ideas
  • Marketing channels – The best platforms to promote your message (digital, print, social media, etc.)
  • Timeline and milestones – Planning each stage for smooth production and launch
  • Metrics and evaluation – How we’ll track engagement, reach and overall impact
